Mayville State records enrollment increase for fall semester

Mayville State University has recorded a four percent increase in the number of students enrolled for the fall semester of 2018, topping the university’s all-time enrollment record for the seventh-straight year. Headcount enrollment this fall is 1,184 students. This is the eighth enrollment record set in the last nine years.

 

Artificial turf installed at MaSU football field

A longtime dream has become a reality at Mayville State. Artificial turf has been installed at Jerome Berg Field. A ribbon cutting ceremony was held at Farmers Bowl, the first Comets football game played on the new turf. A win over College of St. Scholastica topped off a special day for the university and the community.

 

MaSU will host Denmark students

Mayville State University will host eight students from Skive College in Denmark for the month of October. During the “reverse study abroad” experience, the students and their faculty advisers will be staying stay in the MaSU residence halls and be immersed in classes from a variety of disciplines. The group will also visit several places around the state.
